HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
- Once you have have found something you love, choose your preferred design and click on 'ADD TO CART' button. Review items on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- You must enter the correct delivery address with correct zip code and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Lil' Haven is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
- Once an order is placed, if the customer chooses to cancel that order, they will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
- We like to keep your shopping with Lil' Haven stress-free, requiring only the information necessary for shipping and payment details. Setting up an account will only take a jiffy and by doing so, we ensure even easier and swifter shopping next time.
Lil' Haven accept the following payment options:
- Paypalaccepts VISA & Mastercard credit/debit cards even if you don't have a Paypal account. On the paypal checkout page, click the pay with debit or credit card tab.
- All the payment currency is charged in USD dollars.

- We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

- We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
- We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the Philippines. Orders are processed by 15:00 HKT each business day, so please keep this in mind when purchasing something that is required ASAP.
- Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email stating that your order is 'awaiting fulfillment' this means it is waiting to be sent out and usually is shipped the same day or next day after ordering, excluding weekends.
SHIPPING and FEES
- Shipping fee is shouldered by buyer. You can see the calculated shipping fee upon checkout.
- Custom duties and import charges are also shouldered by the buyer, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide it.
Can I change my order?
- You can contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org after you place the order. We will be happy to assist you. But once the order has been sent out, the order can’t be changed.
Cancellations and Refunds: Can I cancel my order?
- Please contact us immediately via email@example.com and include your 5 digits order number. And we will process your refund via Paypal. Please note, orders can’t be cancelled once it has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a notification email once your order is sent out. It will show you the tracking number and tracking link.
** Please note due to airline restrictions, the tools, glues and batteries are not provided.
What are the types of tools are needed?
You have to prepare your own tools, such as scissors, cutter, tweezers, ruler, awl and pliers.
What are the recommended glues?
There are 2 types of glues are needed
- Elmer’s white glue, it is used for paper
- E6000 glue or silicone glue, it is used for wood, fabric and plastics
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
- Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
